At this time, Talk of The Town Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Talk of The Town Boutique ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return items (via mail) within 14 days of receipt, or in person within 14 DAYS of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice. Refunds will be issued as store credits only.

To return orders
BY MAIL:
You may return your online purchase by mail within 14 days of receipt to comply with the online return policy.
1. Please fill out the enclosed Return Form completely and keep a copy for your records.
2. Securely package the new, unworn item(s) with tags attached along with the completed Return Form. You may use the original box for the return shipment.
3. We recommend sending returns via insured, traceable mail to ensure safe delivery. Talk of the Town Boutique is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Item Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Talkofthetownboutique.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Pay Pal payment options. To phone in your payment information call: 303-518-9946. Phone in payments must be received within 48 hours of your order being placed. If your payment is not called in within 48 hours, your order will be canceled. If you are unable to reach us by phone, please leave your name, order number and phone number so that we can call you back.

Your credit card is charged when your order ships. Backordered items are not charged to your credit card until your order ships, unless the backordered item is on backorder for more than 30 days. Items that do not ship within 30 days are charged to your credit card to avoid order cancellation within our system. Pay Pal funds are captured at the time an order is made.

Talk of The Town Boutique has the right to refuse or cancel orders for products listed at incorrect prices. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error or supplier pricing error, www.talkofthetownboutique.com will refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.
